转基因抗虫烟草的烟叶品质分析

摘    要:对转基因抗虫烟草品系抗虫931及其原受体品种NC89(对照)两种烟叶香气基础物质、化学成分和农药残留量进行了测定和分析,结果表明:抗虫931和NC89品种烟叶中均测出了相同的22种香气物质,两者香气物质含量和内在化学成分的差异均未达到显著水平,说明在这些品质状方面二者具有等同的安全性;抗虫931烟叶中农药残留量则较对照低,其中六六六的残留量显著低于对照。

Abstract:The natural flavor constituents, chemical components and residual pesticides for the transgenic tobacco Kangchong 931 resistant to pests and the recipient NC89 were determined. The results showed that Kangchong 931 had the same 22 kinds of flavor constituents in leaves as NC89. The difference of aroma matter contents and the difference of main chemical component contents were not significant between both varieties, indicating that the transgenic tobacco variety in the quality traits can be considered to be safe as the recipient. Moreover, the trace of pesticide in leaves of Kangchong 931 was lower than that of NC89, and Kangchong 931 was significantly low in residual BHC compared with NC89.
