内蒙古巴盟临河地区“猪紫皮病”的诊断与防治报告

经全面、系统性诊断,作者认为内蒙古巴盟临河地区近年来发生的“猪紫皮病”中所出现的紫皮现象并非是1种特定的独立疾病,而是几种疾病的1种非特异性临床表现。研究结果表明:这种“猪紫皮病”在该地区主要是由弓形虫和附红细胞体;或者是这几种病原的并发或继发感染。在明确病因的基础上,对猪弓形虫病、附红细胞体病,采用磺胺类药物、贝尼尔或黄色素等进行治疗。收到了良好效果。而对猪瘟,则强调做好平时的疫苗接种工作。对这几种病的控制与消灭,建议采取综合性防治措施。

Report of Diagnosis, Treatment and Prevention on "Purple Skin Disease of Swine" in Linke Area of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

It has been demonstrated that appearance of skin purple in "Purple Skin Disease of Swine", which occurred in Linhe Area of Inner Mongolia recent years, is, in fact, an indistinctive clinical sign of some diseases. What is called " Purple Skin Disease of Swine" is not a special new disease. The result of this study indicated that this disease is caused by Toxoplasma gondii or Eperythrozoon or Pestis suum, mainly the first two kinds of parasites, in thes area. The infection may also be complicated or followed by these pathogens each other. On the basis of correct diagnosis, Sulfonamide drugs and Bevenil or Trypaflavine are available to toxoplasmosis and eperythrozoonosis respectively. To hog cholera, it is stressed that the vaccination must be done very well. The author suggests that the comprehensive measure of treatment and control should be taken for preventing the disease.
