秸秆粉碎还田及残膜回收联合作业机的悬挂架有限元分析

摘    要:应用UG软件的建模和分析功能得到了秸秆粉碎还田及残膜回收联合作业机的质心位置,用等效质心法对残膜回收机的模型进行了简化,网格划分过程也相应地得到了简化.有限元分析表明,现有的悬挂架存在强度余量不足及应力集中的问题.改进后的悬挂架质量增加了17.2%,强度增加了29.1%,刚度增加了64.3%,应力分布得到明显改善.

Abstract:Firstly the 3-D model of Flail Knife Field Straw Chopper Work with Mulch Film Collect Machine was established, and its mass-center was also calculated by UG software. Then, the method of equivalence mass- center was used to simplify the machine model, and so the mesh division was simplified. Finite Element Analysis indicated that suspension frame has not enough strength surpluses, and there was stress concentration in corners. To solve the questions, the frame was improved, which made the mass increasing 17.2%, the strength increasing 29.1% and the stiffness increasing 64.3%.
