| 摘 要： | 价格听证制度自引入中国以来,学界一片叫好。诚然。价格听证制度是中国民主法治进程中的一个不容忽视的亮点。但是,它本身有很多不完善的地方,其实施也给社会各个方面带来了许多不良影响。本文对价格听证制度的消极后果进行了分析。

| Abstract: | Since the price hearing system has been committed into China,it has won applauds in the educational world.Indeed.It is a luminescent spot not to be neglected in Chinese democratic government in the process of law advancement.But,itself has many imperfect points,its implementation also brings many bad effects to each aspect of the society. |
