摘    要:根据文献〔1〕中描述散热器散热性能的回归方程,系统地探讨了散热器入口水温、水流量及冷却风速对散热量、水阴及风阻的影响规律,并根据优化理论提出了散热器优工作参数的确定方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the effects of coolant inlet temperature, coolant flow rate and air velocity on heat flux, coolant pressure drop and air pressure drop were analyzed systematically by the regressive equations which were obtained from the experimental study in the paper 1]. In order to determine the optimal operating parameters of radiators, a practical method based on the optimal design theory was presented. In the range of given experimental parameters, the conclusions were obtained as follows. The heat dissipation rate of the radiator grows as the increase of inlet coolant temperature, coolant volume flow rate and cooling air velocity. The air pressure drop and the coolant pressure drop are directly proportional to the air velocity and the coolant volume flow rate respectively. The air pressure drop of the radiator has a little to do with the inlet coolant temperature and volume flow rate. The inlet coolant temperature and the air velocity have almost no influences on the coolant pressure drop of the radiator. The results indicate that the optimal operating parameters of radiator determined by the optimization technique is feasible.
