摘    要:该文用近红外光谱法对毛竹和杉木的木质素含量进行了快速测定.首先依据常规湿化学方法测定了54个毛竹和48个杉木样品的木质素含量,用近红外光谱仪采集相应的光谱,对原始光谱进行平滑预处理和二阶微分处理后,用偏最小二乘法和完全交互验证方式建立了相应的校正模型和预测模型.结果表明,毛竹和杉木木质素含量预测模型的相关系数R分别为0·97和0·90;预测标准误差SEP分别为0·65和0·28·将毛竹和杉木样品混合,建立的混合分析模型,R为0·98,SEP为0·83·结果表明,近红外光谱法可以快速预测杉木和毛竹中的木质素含量.

Abstract:A new nondestructive test method was employed by which lignin content could be predicted by near infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. In this study, spectra in the VIS-NIR (400-2 500 nm) were recorded for 54 bamboo samples and 48 Chinese fir samples, and their lignin content was analyzed according to wet-chemical method. The raw spectra were pretreated by the second derivative and smoothing, then the cabibration model and prediction model were established using partial least-squares statistical analysis and full cross validation. The correlation coefficients (R) for prediction model of bamboo and Chinese fir were 0.97 and 0.90; the values of standard error of prediction (SEP) for both were 0.65 and 0.28, respectively. Then the mixed model of bamboo and Chinese fir was established. R and SEP of prediction model were 0.98 and 0.83. The NIR spectroscopy has proven to be an accurate and fast method for the determination of lignin content in bamboo and Chinese fir.
