摘    要:植物根围微生物号称植物的第二基因组,与植物本身的健康息息相关,因此植物根围微生物是筛选生防菌株的主要来源。本文综述了近几年植物与根围微生物互作的研究进展,包括植物对于根围微生物的影响;根围微生物的“救助”机制;生防菌株应用过程中和土著根围微生物的相互作用以及这种互作对于生防效果的影响。

Abstract:The rhizosphere microbiome, also referred to as the second genome of the plant, is crucial for plant health. Thus, it is the most important resource for biological control agents screening. Here we summarized the recent research development on relationship between plant and the rhizosphere microbiome: including how a plant shapes its rhizosphere microbiome actively; how the root microbiome act on the “rescue” mechanism; and how the biological control agents and the native microorganisms act on each other.
