4种氟喹诺酮类药物在肉鸡组织中残留的研究

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱法同时检测肉鸡肌肉、脂肪、肝脏和肾脏组织中4种氟喹诺酮类药物(FQS)的残留。检测条件为:采用HP-StableBond C18分析柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以15 mmol/L的四丁基溴化铵溶液-乙腈(体积比94∶6)为流动相(用乙酸钠缓冲液调pH3.6),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃;采用荧光检测器检测,激发波长280 nm,发射波长460 nm。测定结果表明,该方法对FQS的最低检测限为0.92 μg/kg,在5.00~100.00 μg/mg的线性范围内,溶液含量与峰面积的相关系数达0.9998以上。在高、中、低3种含量水平下对所测肉鸡组织中4种FQS进行回收率测定,结果为74%~99%,相对标准偏差低于6.5%,该方法能同时测定4种FQS在动物组织中的残留,具有简便、准确、灵敏度较高的特点,符合痕量测定的要求。

Abstract:An high performance liquid chromatographic method with a fluorescence detector was established to determine four fluoroquinolone residues in broilers tissues. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: HP StableBond C18column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) was used at 30℃ with 15 mmol//L tetrabutylammonium bromide solution (pH3.0)-acetonitrile(94:6,v/v) as the mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, At the excitation wavelength of 280 nm and emission wavelength of 460 nm . The detection limit for broilers tissues was 0.92 μg/kg. The linear range was from 5.00~100.00 μg/mg, And correlation coefficients were more than 0.9998. At the levels of 10, 50 and 100 μg/kg, The recoveloped can meet the requirement for residue analysis.
