摘    要:孔位的设计及标准化是减少调机次数和调机时间的关键因素,将系统孔和结构孔同时定位在32mm系统的网格上并使其部分孔位前后对称、部分孔位上下对称,以实现左右板件孔位的互换,从而减少调机次数。

Study on Hole Standardization of Wardrobe Side Boards to Reduce the Adjustment Frequency of Drilling Operation
Abstract:The design and standardization of hole positions are key factors to reduce machine adjustment frequency and time.The system holes and structural holes should be positioned on the grid of a 32mm system simultaneously,with some hole positions adjusted in the symmetrical fore-and-aft direction and some hole positions adjusted up and down symmetrically,to realize the interchangeable hole positions on the left and right boards,therefore reducing machine adjustment frequency.
