摘    要:人才外流是一个企业,乃至一个国家的最大威胁,我国人才市场面临着严峻的挑战,企业如何留住人才,遏制人才外流,使企业更好发展是企业领导者应考虑的大事。本文较详细地论述了人才战略与企业可持续发展的关系。
