摘    要:目的]利用RAPD技术研究7种菊科药用植物的遗传多样性及亲缘关系。方法]从50条10 bp随机引物中筛选出10个多态性好的引物进行RAPD扩增,扩增DNA片段数据用UPGMA聚类法构建系统发育树。结果]10条引物共扩增出337条带,多态性带337条。聚类结果显示,RAPD分子标记构建的系统发育树在族内属间与传统分类系统一致。结论]该研究可为菊科药用植物的鉴别提供参考,并为针对性地进行菊科植物的保护提供依据。
