| 摘 要： | 在水稻灌浆结实期,对水稻籽粒进行高温处理后发现,灌浆期高温可能会通过影响颖花发育、柱头活性、干物质转运和花粉育性,从而导致穗粒数、千粒质量和结实率的变化。高温对干物质分配的影响在年际间的表现基本一致。经过高温后,干物质在叶片中的分配会减少,这可能与高温处理对水稻叶片造成一定的伤害有关。高温条件下,水稻叶片的光合速率显著下降,同时也降低了叶片的气孔导度和水分蒸腾速率,使胞间的CO2浓度升高。经过高温处理后,水稻叶片的叶绿素含量会下降,这是由于高温胁迫下叶片的气孔导度和蒸腾速率降低,使CO2进入气孔的速率和数量都会减少,同时由于高温对于叶绿素以及其他光合酶的影响,也降低了CO2同化的速度,从而增加了胞间的CO2浓度。
