| Abstract: | This article described the characteristics of Hupi quail eggs as Chinese traditional preserved eggs.Taking the quail eggs as the masterbatch,the article introduced the health care function of quail eggs,explored the technological conditions and the product formula of processing soft canned food of Hupi quail eggs with health effect. |
