| 摘 要： | 应用改良的甲苯胺兰染色方法观察奶山羊胸腺、脾和淋巴结内肥大细胞的分布情况，结果表明：1、在胸腺只分布于髓质，皮质未见分布；2、脾脏内的肥大细胞主要分布于白髓的脾小体周围；3、在淋巴结内肥大细胞密集于淋巴小结周围区，在中央区则少见，但在髓质内可见有弥散性分布。 |

| Abstract: | In this article the distributions of mast cells in thymus, spleen and lymphoid nodule of milk goat were observed by improved toluidine dye method. The results were as follows: 1.In thymus, mast cells lied in medulla, not be found in cortex;2.In spleen, mast cells mainly lie in circumambience of splenic corpuscle in white pulp;3.Mast cells densely lied in circumambience of lymphoid nodule and sparsely in central zone,but diffusely distributed in medulla. |
