采棉机传动部分虚拟装配过程的研究

摘    要:用UG软件对采棉机传动部分零件建模。模型经过3ds max处理后,通过3ds max与nVsion平台两者之间的接口,将模型导入到虚拟现实仿真平台nVsion中,根据在3ds max中确定的装配关系,对传动部分的零件在nVsion虚拟场景下进行装配过程仿真,装配过程显示更加真实、清晰,并且平台实现了人机交互,找到了一种装配过程仿真的新方法。经过多次装配过程的比较,找出了最合理的装配工艺。

Abstract:Using UG make transmission part models of cotton-picker.Models are treatment by 3ds max,then though the interface between nVsion platform and 3ds max put the models to virtual reality simulation platform nVsion.Based on the assembly relations determined in 3ds max,the part models of cotton-picker’s assembly process can simulation in nVsion virtual scene.The assembly process shows more real and clear and realize the human-computer interaction,found a new method of assembly process simulation.Though the comparison of the assembly process several times,identify the most reasonable assembly process.
