土地平整度传感测定评价系统的设计与实现

摘    要:为了提高土地整理工作中三维地形信息测量的精度与效率,实现全程自动化采集数据,设计了一套土地平整度传感测定评价系统。该系统主要由单片机、步进电机、激光测距仪和二维机械平台组成。利用单片机控制步进电机,驱动滑块沿二维机械平台运动,获得测量点平面位置信息;利用激光测距仪获取测量点的高程信息,进而得到测量点的三维地形信息。用田块内所有测点相对高程的标准偏差值和田块内所有测点的相对高程与期望高程的绝对差值来评价土地的平整状况。在田间试验条件下,对该系统与定点人工测量方法获取的数据进行了比较,结果表明,系统工作稳定,其测量误差不大于5mm,可准确快捷地对农田平整度进行量化评价。

Abstract:The land flatness evaluation system based on laser sensor was designed in order to raise the accuracy and efficiency of three dimensional terrain measurement in land consolidation and achieve the goal that collecting data automatically in the whole process.It is mainly constitute of a micro control unit(MCU),a stepping motor,a laser sensor and a two dimensional mechanical platform.MCU drives stepping motor to make the slider move along the two dimensional mechanical platform and planimetric position was gotten.While three dimensional terrain was gotten as elevation was measured by laser sensor.The field’s flatness was evaluated by analyzing the standard deviation of elevation and absolute deviation between relative elevation and absolute elevation.Field experiments were carried out to compare the data collected by this system and manual method.The results show that the measurement system running smoothly and the error is less than 5 millimeter which can evaluate land flatness exactly and quickly.
