| 摘 要： | 针对目前我国油棕产业刚起步急需小型棕榈油加工设备的现状,自行研制了5T-200型油棕果脱果机。该机具有使用方便,结构简单,拆卸方便,易于加工制造及后续改进的特点。为此,主要介绍了5T-200型油棕果脱果机的工作原理,结构特点,主要技术参数以及安装使用的要点等。

| Abstract: | Aim at existing subsoiler can not meet the needs of conservation tillage in Bashang area in Northwest Hebei province,access to the relative literature,then made a summary and design a new style of all-round adjustable subsoiler which is combining with the existing subsoiler and present design models.It is based on the analysis of general layout and critical components’ breaking-soil theory.At the same time,considering current farming machinery actually work.The machine is suitable for high hardness of the soil,and meets the requirement of retaining stubble and land leveling.To some extent,it provides new ideas and methods for conservation tillage in Bashang area of Hebei Province. |
