旋风分离式集沙仪设计与试验研究

摘    要:根据旋风分离原理,以集沙仪的关键参数(本体直径、入口截面宽度和锥体段高度)为结构参数进行了设计.为了提高集沙效率,本体直径设计为50mm,入口截面宽度和锥体段高度均按旋风分离性能指标和比例要求设计.在风蚀风洞内的沙尘采集试验表明,该集沙仪对0.3~0.076mm的土样进行收集,不同风速下其集沙效率均在83%以上.旋风分离式集沙仪可用于保护性耕作抗风蚀效果的测试,为其有效实施提供科学依据.

Abstract:The design was expounded because its relevant parameter of key components and the principle of Sand Sampler of Gas Cyclones-and Swirl so that sampling efficiency was determined. To improve detached efficiency, Noumenon Diameter was determined 50 mm, Inlets Width and Cone Heights was designed pro rata. The testing study of performance of the Sand Sampler was analyzed through simulating natural wind in Wind Tunnel. Sand sampler collecting 0.3-0.076mm sand, its sampling efficiency exceeds 83% at different wind speed It can be used to test preventing and curing sand erosion of protective cultivation and provide scientific foundation for its actualization effectively.
