摘    要:目的]为甘蔗品种的种植区划和加工计划安排提供参考。方法]对桂引9号、赣95/108、台优1号及新台糖22号和新台糖16号砍收后不同贮存时间蔗茎品质变化进行研究,分析原料蔗品质的影响因素。结果]随收获后贮存时间延长,蔗茎品质逐渐变劣;蔗糖分和蔗汁重力纯度下降,蔗汁还原糖、干耗损失和甘蔗纤维分不断增加。不同品种间品质变劣的难易存在差异,其中,综合性状较好的是新台糖16号,其品质变化较慢,属不易变劣品种,其次是新台糖22号、桂引9号、赣95/108,最差的是台优1号。湿度大、长时间低温、长时间强的日光照射严重影响原料蔗品质。结论]原料蔗品质变劣程度受品种、时间、外界环境的影响。

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to provide the reference for planting division and machining plan arrangement of sugarcane variety.Method]The factors influencing the material sugarcane quality were analyzed through the study on the quality changes of different cane stalks including Guyin 9,Gan 95/108,Taiyou 1,ROC 22 and ROC 16,in different storage time after harvest.Result] With the prolonging of storage time after harvest,the quality of cane stalks became bad gradually,the sucrose content,the gravity and purity of sugar juice were decreased,and the reducing sugar of sugar juice,weight lose and sugarcane fiber content were increased continuously.There was different in the difficult and easy degree of the different varieties quality becoming bad.Among these varieties, ROC 16 had the best comprehensive characters and its quality change was slow,which belonged to deterioration variety,followed by ROC 22,Guyin 9,Gan 95/108 and the Taiyou 1 was the worst.The quality of material sugarcane was greatly affected by high humidity,low temperature and strong sunlight radiation in a long time.Conclusion] The deterioration degree of the material sugarcane quality was affected by variety,temperature and external environment.
