鲁西北传统农区农村经济发展研究——以德州为例

通过分析鲁西北典型地区德州农业和农村经济发展态势及问题,提出了在城乡协调发展和新农村建设的背景下,鲁西北应充分利用农业基础较好、交通运输便利等优势,适时优化农业产业结构、大力发展畜牧业和蔬菜种植业、依托丰富农业资源建设农产品加工基地、促进农业剩余劳动力在农村内部的消化吸收;提高劳动力素质并积极开展农业适度规模经营。

Study on the Rural Economic Development in Traditional Agricultural Regions of Northwestern Shandong

Through analyzing the development trend and problems in Dezhou rural economy of northwestern Shandong,several suggestions were put forward under the background of coordinated urban and rural development and the new countryside construction,such as making full use of its convenient traffic and good agricultural foundation,optimizing agricultural industrial structure,developing stockbreeding and vegetable planting,constructing farm products processing industry relying on the abundant agricultural resources,promoting the digestion and absorption of surplus agricultural labor forces within countryside,enhancing the quality of labor force and developing actively the agricultural moderate scale management.
