苏芸金杆茵的酯酶型

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳分析了苏芸金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis)21个血清型30个变种的酯酶。根据酯酶带的数量,特征和Ef值,将21个血清型30个变种,区分为24个酯酶型。并按照发表各亚种文献的时间先后,依次排列了酯酶型l到酯酶型24的序号。酯酶型能把近90%的H~-血清型变种和生化变种相区别,无鞭毛菌株也具有酯酶图型。它具有鉴定方便、迅速,重现性好等优点,又能反映细菌种间分子遗传的差异。建议将酯酶型作为苏芸金杆菌分类的一个鉴定指标。

Abstract:The esterase of 30 varieties from 21 serotypes of Bacillus thuringiensis havebeen compared by vertical polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. 24 esteratypeswas found according to the number,the character and Ef value fo the esteraseline. Among them 3 joint groups are as follows: subsp. entomocidus andsubsp, subtoxicus,H_6; subsp. galleriae,H_5a_5b, subsp. aizawa H7, subsp.kurstak: H_3a_3b, subsp. wuhanensis, non-flagellum, and subsp. tiemenensis,H_3a_3b:subsp.indiana,H_(18) and subsp. tohokuensis H_(17), belong same esberatyperespectively. The others differed from each other. The order of named estera-types was arranged by the time published for each variety. By the above technique,the esteratypes of the varieties between 90%serotypes and biochemitypes can be differentiated. Non-flagellum strainscould also be specified. The advantage of this identification is Convenient,rapidity,and reproducible. The differences between esteratypes based on themoleculer genetics could also be clarifies. It is suggest that the esteratypinguse for a criterion of the classification of Bacillus thuringiensis.
