摘    要:以菠菜和白菜为研究对象,探讨不同氮肥种类及施用量对其硝酸盐积累动态的影响。结果表明:高氮时,硝酸盐积累高峰出现在施肥后7~9 d;低氮时,硝酸盐积累高峰出现在施肥后9~12 d。菠菜对硝态氮的吸收利用较好,白菜对铵态氮的吸收利用较好。叶柄中硝酸盐含量最高,根部最低。硝化抑制剂双氰铵能降低NH4NO3和NH4C l的硝酸盐积累,尤其对NH4NO3作用更为明显。

Abstract:Effect of different kinds fertilizer and quantity on nitrate accumulation of spinach and cabbage was studied.The highest nitrate accumulation appeared at 7-9 days after application when nitrogen rate was high and at 9-12 days after application when nitrogen rate was low.Spinach was better in using NO-3-N and cabbage was better in NH 4-N.Leaf stalk contained the highest nitrate content and the lowest in root.Nitration inhibitor DCD decreased nitrate accumulation of NH4NO3 and NH4Cl,but the quantity of NH4NO3 caused by DCD decreased much more dramstically.
