摘    要:以携带有抗白粉病基因Pm21的小麦-簇毛麦6VS/6AL易位系92R149为母本、大穗高感白粉病小麦品系忻96-74为父本,通过杂交进行抗病、丰产基因的重组,调查了亲本及F2,F3的几个主要农艺性状,并进行了变异系数分析。结果表明,92R149所特有的抗白粉病和忻96-74的大穗特性可直接传递给后代,且杂种后代的变异极为丰富,可选育出抗白粉病且具大穗的优异单株。
