长柄扁桃茎尖离体培养研究

摘    要:[目的]探索长柄扁桃茎尖离体培养技术。[方法]以长柄扁桃试管苗茎尖为材料,接种于QL培养基上,比较不同激素组合对长柄扁桃增殖的影响;将试管苗茎尖接种于不同浓度IBA和1g/L活性炭(AC)的1/2MS培养基暗培养6d,然后转入不含任何激素的1/2MS培养基中,比较不同浓度IBA对长柄扁桃诱导生根的影响。[结果]在QL培养基中分别添加0.2mg/L6-BA和0.6mg/LIBA的增殖效果较好,增殖倍数可达3.96;在1/2MS的培养基中添加30mg/LIBA诱导生根较好,生根率达93.3%。[结论]长柄扁桃试管苗茎尖适宜于增殖的培养基为QL+6-BA0.2mg/L+IBA0.6mg/L,试管苗茎尖诱导生根的适宜培养基为1/2MS+IBA30mg/L+活性炭1g/L。
