摘    要:[目的]寻求体外检测羟基自由基的简单有效方法。[方法]采用分光光度法测定猕猴桃根提取物溶液对羟基自由基的清除作用,并用Vc进行对照试验。[结果]猕猴桃根提取物溶液和Vc清除羟基自由基的作用具有很好的量效关系。[结论]分光光度法可用于清除羟基自由基的研究。

Determination on Kiwi Fruit Root Extraction in Eliminating Free Radical Activeness by Spectrophotometric Method

Abstract:[Objective] The aim was to search a simple and effective way for hydroxyl radicals in vitro test.[Method] Using the spectrophotometric method,scavenging effect of kiwi fruit root extraction solution on the hydroxyl free radical was determined.and the control experiment with vitamin C was carried on.[Result] The study showed that kiwi fruit root extraction solution and the vitamin C in eliminating hydroxyl free radical′s function had the very good quantity effect relations.[Conclusion] Spectrophotometry method could be used to scavenge hydroxyl free radicals.
