Discussion on sustainable development of agriculture in China

This paper focuses on several issues concerned with sustainable agriculture(SA) in China. The following are raised.The meaning and objectives of SA should be recognized correctly;Land is the base of SA and protecting land is the first of all;To secure the development of SA,agricultural ecological environment should be protected and improved.The research and extension of agricultural science and technology should be strengthened,and the capability of the development of SA will be gradually increased.More macro management of the state should be put in and the development of SA will be secured and promoted.
