珍稀濒危植物剑叶龙血树茎挥发油的化学成分测定

摘    要:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从剑叶龙血树茎中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对挥发油化学成分进行分析,并应用面积归一化法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果显示,从剑叶龙血树茎挥发油中鉴定出16种化合物,占总油量的100%,其主要成分为4-甲氧基-6-(2-烯丙基)-1,3-亚甲二氧基苯(21.95%)、(Z,Z)-9,12-十八碳酸(13.47%)、2,6,10,14-四甲基十六烷(7.39%)、3-甲基-十八烷(6.12%)、2-(十八烷氧基)-乙醇(6.00%)及1,7,11-三甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)十四烷(5.34%)。本研究首次报道了剑叶龙血树茎挥发油的化学成分,为其合理开发和利用提供了依据。

Abstract:The essential oil was extracted from the stems of Dracaena cochinchinensis by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS.The relative contents were determined by area normalization.The results showed that 16 compounds were identified,which accounted for over 100 % of the essential oils.The major chemical compositions were 4-Mmethoxy-6-(2-propenyl)-1,3-benzodioxole(21.95%),(Z,Z)-9,12-Octadecadienoic acid(13.47%),2,6,10,14-Tetramethyl-hexadecane(7.39%),3-Methyl-octadecane(6.12%),2-(Octadecyloxy)-ethanol(6.00%) ...
