Reliability analyzing of front-wheel king-pin |

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the reason that causes early fatigue fracture. From the points of design and technology, the paper put forward three factors, that is choosing design parameter reasonably, changing original organizing structure; selecting critical zone quenching. These factors can ensure the reliability for the king-pin of front-wheel. |
