黄瓜组织培养研究

摘    要:对黄瓜组织培养的条件作了探讨。结果表明,苗龄1-2d的子叶,在附加1.0mg/L BA,2.0mg/L AgNO3和1.0mg/L ABAr MS的固体培养基上,最适于不定芽分化,1个月内的再生率达50%左右,其中苗龄和ABA的影响最为显著,加入适量的AgNO3可改善黄瓜愈伤组织的质地、促进芽的形成。

Abstract:Best results of adventitious bud differentiation were obtained when 1- or 2-day-old cotyledons were cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA 1.0 mg/L, AgNO 3 2.0 mg/L, ABA 1.0 mg/L, 3% sucrose and 0.6% agar, and a regeneration rate of 50% was achieved within one month. The age of the seedlings and ABA showed the greatest effects. The addition of AgNO 3 to the medium improved the quality of the calli and helped the formation of regenerated buds.
