摘    要:以成熟玉米K12种子的胚、胚根、胚轴为外植体材料,研究了2,4-D和NAA及其浓度配比对愈伤组织诱导效果的影响.结果表明:不同外植体对激素浓度的要求不同,只用1种激素处理时,2,4-D的浓度以2.0~2.5mg/L为宜,NAA浓度以0.5~0.6 mg/L为宜;2种激素配比使用时,以2,4-D 2.0~2.5mg/L与NAA 0.6 mg/L浓度配比效果较佳,且其效果好于单一激素处理.配合使用比单独使用具有更好的诱导效果.

Abstract:The embryo,radicle and hypocotyl in mature seeds of the maize parent K12 were used as explants to study the influence of two exogenous hormone such as 2,4-D,NAA as well as the concentration ratio between them on embryonic callus induction.The results showed that the callus induction from different embryonic explants of maize required different concentration of 2,4-D and NAA.The 2,4-D concentration resulting the best induction effect was determined as 2.0~2.5 mg/L,and the NAA concentration with the best induction effect was as 0.5~0.6 mg/L.The combination treatments with 2,4-D and NAA had better effect than single hormone treatments,among which the best concentration combination was as 2,4-D 2.0~2.5 mg/L with NAA 0.6 mg/L.
