摘    要:【目的】探明新发现的一种放线菌ZX01菌株发酵产物对烟草花叶病毒(TMV)的抑制活性,为该菌株在植物病毒病害防治中的开发应用提供依据。【方法】以心叶烟和普通烟K326为材料,采用半叶枯斑法、叶圆片法和室内盆栽试验,测定放线菌ZX01菌株发酵产物抗TMV活性。【结果】放线菌ZX01菌株发酵产物对TMV具有明显钝化作用,其中发酵液在对TMV钝化10,30和60 min后,抑制率分别为62.29%,75.46%和84.78%;接种TMV 6 h后,在普通烟K326上,ZX01菌株发酵液对TMV复制增殖的抑制率可达53.27%;并且ZX01菌株发酵液对烟草花叶病毒病寄主保护和治疗作用显著,其保护和治疗作用的防治效果分别为54.48%和44.85%,明显高于对照药剂病毒A。【结论】放线菌ZX01菌株代谢产物对TMV有较高的抑制活性,值得在菌种鉴定、发酵条件优化、活性物质的分离与鉴定等方面进行深入研究。

Abstract:【Objective】The research primarily studied the antiviral activity of the fermentation product of actinomycete strain ZX01,which offers reference to later research and application of the strain.【Method】The anti TMV activity of the fermentation product of actinomycete strain ZX01 tests for Nicotiana glutinosa and Nicotiana tabacum L.val:K326 were researched by half-leaf method,leaf-disc assay and potted plant method.【Result】The results showed that the fermentation product displayed significant inactivation,the inhibition rate was 62.29%,75.46% and 84.78% after mixing fermention broth with TMV for 10,30 and 60 min.The efficiency of inhibiting multiplication of TMV 6 h after inoculation reached 53.27%.The protective and therapeutic efficacy in system host of TMV respectively was 54.48% and 44.85%.【Conclusion】These studies indicate that the fermentation product of actinomycete strain ZX01 has better inhibitory action to TMV and it is worth further research in strain identification,fermentation condution optimization and separation of the active compounds.
