| 摘 要： | 柞蚕育种是柞蚕研究的一个重要环节,相对于家蚕等其他物种来说,柞蚕育种技术相对落后。随着分子生物学的发展,分子标记技术不断完善,并应用到多个物种的育种工作中。简述了分子标记技术种类,原理,特点及研究成果,并比较几种常用标记方法,尝试从中找出更适合柞蚕的分子标记。介绍了分子标记技术的应用概况,对柞蚕分子标记技术的前景做出展望。

Application Value of Molecular Marker Technology to Breeding of Chinese Oak Silkworm |

| Abstract: | Breeding plays an important role in the research of Chinese oak silkworm .However ,Chinese oak silkworm breeding technology falls behind that of other species .This paper summarized the categorization ,theory ,characteristic and relative research of several molecular markers .Then it was attempted to find the molecular marker that most fit Chi‐nese oak silkworm through comparing these markers .It also introduced the utilization of molecular markers ,and looked forward to the application future of molecular marker in Chinese oak silkworm breeding . |
