摘    要:以芒萁秸秆为材料,采用室内培养试验,研究了4种微生物菌剂对芒萁秸秆发酵腐熟过程中腐殖质形成的影响。结果表明:发酵30 d后4种微生物菌剂处理均显著降低发酵物全碳量、提高胡敏酸含量、降低胡敏素含量,使PQ值和HA/EA比值显著提高,说明微生物菌剂处理对芒萁秸秆腐殖质形成和组分有显著影响,其中木霉菌处理的效果最为显著,适宜作为芒萁秸秆的腐熟菌。

Abstract:The effects of four kinds of microbial agent on the formation of humic substances during Dicranopteris dichotoma stalk decomposition were studied in an indoor incubation experiment with an aim to explore the role that microbe plays in the fern stalk degradation. Results showed that the inoculation of the four microbial agents significantly reduced the total organic carbon content(TOC), increased the content of humic acid(HA)and decreased the content of fulvic acid(FA)in the fermented stalk after 30 d. The remarkable increase of PQ(the proportion of HA to extractable humus)and HA/FA suggested that the treatments of microbial agent had the significant influence on the formation and composition of fern humus. Among the four microbial agents, Trichoderma sp. exhibited the strongest influence, and so was regarded as the suitable microbial agent for Dicranopteris dichotoma stalk decomposition. The paper might provide a theoretical basis for further studies on the role of microorganisms in the HS formation of fern stalk and the comprehensive development and utilization of D. dichotoma.
