杂交榛抗寒变异愈伤组织的选择

摘    要:利用极早熟杂交种榛子愈伤组织,通过HYP诱变得到新的变异愈伤组织,经抗低温特性及相关生理生化特性的研究结果表明,尽管随着HYP浓度的升高,愈伤组织的成活率有明显的下降,但经脯氨酸含量、电导率等抗寒指标的测定及POD同工酶谱分析,由较高浓度HYP(8、10 mmol/L)诱导产生的变异愈伤组织,其抗寒性有明显提高。
