| 摘 要： | 在确定松墨天牛灾变预测预警指标应遵循可测性原则、可靠性原则、独立性原则、整体完备性原则的基础上,提出了松墨天牛灾变预警指标体系的构建方法,并依据这些原则和方法构建了松墨天牛灾变预警指标体系。

| Abstract: | The paper not only discussed the principles that should be followed in choosing early-warning indexes,namely,measurability principle,dependability principle,independence principle,integral principle,and proposed the methods of constructing the early-warning index system,but also according to the principles and methods,built the early-warning index system to calamity of Monochamus alternatus in Jiangxi province. |
