摘    要:以垦玉6号玉米为研究材料,采用土培法研究了除草剂解毒剂N-二氯乙酰基-2-甲基-1-氧杂-4-氮杂-螺[4.4]壬烷减轻除草剂乙草胺对玉米产生的残留药害。结果表明:在施用不同浓度的乙草胺土壤中,玉米植株的各项生长指标均低于空白对照值;采用不同浓度解毒剂浸种处理后,均可在一定程度上缓解乙草胺对玉米生长的影响;当解毒剂的浸种质量浓度为8 mg/kg时,对玉米主根长、株高、根鲜重和株鲜重等生理指标的恢复效果均最好。

Abstract:Maize Kenyu6 was used as indicator plant to study the herbicide antidote N-dichloroacetyl-2- methyl-1-oxa-4-aza-spiro-4.4-nonane on protecting maize residual injury from acetochlor by raising it in soil with acetochlor. The results of experiment showed the growths of maize were lower than comparison value. The antidote could protect maize injury from acetochlor differently after soaking maize with different concentration antidotes. The protection was the best when antidotes concentration was 8 mg/kg.
