| 摘 要： | 利用自制玉米果穗剥皮装置试验台,通过单因素试验,分析了压送器叶轮轴间距对剥净率、落粒率和籽粒破损率的影响规律.通过正交试验,得出了压送器转速、剥皮辊转速、剥皮辊倾角、剥皮辊长度和压送器叶片距剥皮辊距离等参数的最优组合,从而为玉米剥皮装置的优化设计提供了依据.

| Abstract: | Aim at the questions of maize husker of corn combine harvester and based on the indoor experimentation,conducted through the single factor experiment of the space between the press-pusher's axles,the influence orderliness was obtained with the hulling rate,seeds falling rate,the kernel breakage-rate. An orthogonal test of five factors was carried out to find the optimized parameters suitable for the properties target. |
