| 摘 要： | ［目的］研究不同激素组合对草麻黄愈伤组织诱导的影响。［方法］以草麻黄子叶为外植体，在附加不同浓度和比例2,4-D、NAA、6-BA、KT的MS培养基中，比较不同激素组合对愈伤组织诱导的影响，并绘制出草麻黄愈伤组织的生长曲线。［结果］结果表明，最适合草麻黄愈伤组织诱导的培养基为MS＋2,4-D 2.0 mg/L＋6-BA 1.0 mg/L，诱导率最高为77.5%。草麻黄愈伤组织生长曲线呈S形，在第8天左右进入快速增长期，最佳继代时间在24 d左右。［结论］2,4-D与6-BA配合使用更有利于草麻黄愈伤组织的诱导。
