摘    要:[目的]研究不同激素组合对草麻黄愈伤组织诱导的影响。[方法]以草麻黄子叶为外植体,在附加不同浓度和比例2,4-D、NAA、6-BA、KT的MS培养基中,比较不同激素组合对愈伤组织诱导的影响,并绘制出草麻黄愈伤组织的生长曲线。[结果]结果表明,最适合草麻黄愈伤组织诱导的培养基为MS+2,4-D 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,诱导率最高为77.5%。草麻黄愈伤组织生长曲线呈S形,在第8天左右进入快速增长期,最佳继代时间在24 d左右。[结论]2,4-D与6-BA配合使用更有利于草麻黄愈伤组织的诱导。
