银杏观叶新品种叶片解剖结构研究

摘    要:对银杏观叶新品种筒状叶银杏、金条叶银杏、黄叶银杏叶片解剖结构进行比较研究,结果表明,3个新品种叶片与银杏原种结构相同,均由上表皮、栅栏组织、海绵组织、下表皮构成。上、下表皮及栅栏组织均只有一层生活细胞,维管柬与粘液道交替排列。但3个新品种叶片气孔密度、栅栏组织厚度、维管柬粗度等较原种有不同程度变异。另外,观察到下表皮上较为普遍双气孔与三气孔集生现象。

Abstract:A comparative anatomical observation was made on leaf blades of Ginkgo biloba and 3 new cuhivars. The results show that the leaf blades of Ginkgo biloba and 3 cuhivars all consist of upper epidermis, palisade tissue, sponge tissue, lower epidermis. Each epidermis is composed of a row of epidermic cells which arranged closely; the palisade tissue is composed of one layer of cells. But some differences exit among the four in the density of stoma, thickness of palisade cell, thickness of vascular bundle. Besides, in the lower epidermis, doublestoma and ternary- stoma are observed.
