摘    要:以试验地移栽的羊草Leymus chinensis为对象,研究了施肥和施加植物激素对盐碱胁迫条件下羊草克隆构型的影响。通过和对照组的比较,发现在相同的盐碱胁迫强度下,施肥和施加NAA(生长素)、6-BT(细胞分裂素)、GA(赤霉素)均不同程度的使羊草的克隆构型趋于“密集”。

Abstract:The internode length,spacer length,branching angle,root/shoot ratio of the yellow-green Leymus chinensis subjected to fertilizer and plant growth regulator were compared.The result revealed that under same intensity of saline-alkali stress,the clonal architectures of L.chinensis with fertilizer and NAA,6-BT,GA supply showed more compression habit than that of the control.
