摘    要:随无CO_2细胞悬浮液中氧浓度的提高,预照强光对细胞光合碳固定活性的伤害加重。预照光光强愈高,照射时间愈长,这种伤害作用愈明显。HCO_3~-存在时,细胞的光抑制作用有一定程度的减轻。

Abstract:When cells were illuminated in the absence of CO_2 in the light, their subsequent rates of oxygen evolution decreased rapidly. This inhibition is light-dependent and can be strengthened with the rise of oxygen concentration in cell suspension. To a certain extent it can be alleviated by addition of HCO_3~-.
