原子吸收光谱法测定山东绿茶中金属元素含量的季节变化

摘    要:采用原子吸收光谱法测定同一地块的春、夏、秋茶中Fe、Ca、Mg、Cu、Zn的含量,分析这些金属元素在三个季节的变化规律。结果表明,Fe、Zn、Cu在春茶中含量最高,Ca在秋茶中含量最高,而Mg的含量几乎与季节无关。

Abstract:The contents of Fe,Ca,Mg,Cu and Zn in the green tea from the same field in spring,summer and autumn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the contents of Fe,Zn and Cu were the highest in the spring tea;Ca content was the highest in the autumn tea,while the difference of Mg content was not significant in the three seasons.
