葫芦茶提纯物对兔球虫卵囊的离体杀灭试验

 用葫芦茶的提纯物葫芦茶素A(Triquetin A),Cyclokievitone,葫芦茶素D(Triquetin D),葫芦茶素C(Triquetin C),山萘酚(Kaempferol),二氢山萘酚(Dihydrokaemoferol),对羟基桂皮酸(P-hydroxycinnamic acid),L-2-O-甲基-手-肌醇(2-O-Methyl-L-chiro-inositol),卫矛醇(Galactitol),10%葫芦茶浸膏剂等不同浓度及其相关溶剂,5%二甲亚枫、蒸溜水、10%吐温-80为对照组,对兔球虫的卵囊进行杀灭试验。用卵囊减少率为其效果判定。效果最好的是Cyclokievitone和葫芦茶素D(Triquetin D),葫芦茶素A(Triquetin A)稍差。其余提纯物与对照组的药效基本相似。

The Test on Killing Egg Cells of Coccidia from Rabbit Using Purified Materials of Tadehagi triquetrum (L.) ohashi

Various,concentration,of Triquetin A,Cyclokievitone,Triquetin D,Triquetin C,Kaempferol,Dihydrokaemoferol,P-hydroxycinnamic acid,2-O-Methyl-L-chiro-inositol,Galactitol and 10% Tadehagi triquetrum (L.) ohashi, Which are purified materials of Tadehagi triquetrum (L.) ohashi, have been used to the killing test on egg celles of coccidian from rabbit. In the experiment, three kinds of solvents related which are 5% DMSO, distilled water and 10% Tween-80, have been used as control group,The rate of egg cell is used to evaluate the effect of the extract materals. The results indicate that Cyclokievitone and Triquetin D have remarkable effects,on inhibiting or killing egg celles of coccidian, where as Triquetin C and Triquetin A are inferior to them, and the other purified materials have similar effects to that of the control group.
