| 摘 要： | 加强农村文化建设，是实现社会主义新农村战略任务的内在要求，是构筑公共文化服务体系的重要环节。全国文化信息资源共事工程的实施．为搞好农村文化建设提供了一个很好的信息服务平台，有利于农村文化建设的迅速发展和提高．有利于基层文化单位提升服务能力，有利于农村文化的传承和创新，共享工程正在成为广大农民群众获取知识、提高素质的有效途径。

| Abstract: | Strengthening culture construction is the inner demand of realizing the strategic tasks of constructing socialist new rural areas. The implementation of the national culture information resources sharing project offers a perfect platform for information service. It is beneficial to developing and improve the construction of culture information, improving the service capacity of the grass-root units, and the carrying out and innovation of rural culture. Now, the Sharing Project is becoming an efficient way for the farmers m access knowledge and improve their quality. |
