摘    要:以毛毡杜鹃嫩茎段为外植体,应用均匀设计法筛选最适合的培养基。试验结果表明,适合嫩茎段腋芽萌发生长及生根的最佳培养基为:MS(改良)+IAA 0.10mg/L+IBA 0.30mg/L+NAA 0.12mg/L+GA 31.80mg/L,再生率达93%以上。以再生植株的茎节为材料进行快繁的结果表明,在25天的一个培养周期内,茎段的增殖倍数平均达50以上。

Abstract:Take young stems of Rhododendron confertissimum as explants and suitable medium compositions for axillary bud growing and rooting were screened through uniform design experiments.The results showed that MS(modified)+IAA0.10 mg/L+IBA0.30 mg/L+NAA0.12 mg/L+GA31.80 mg/L was the most suitable with a regeneration rate of 93%.Stems each with one node were cut from regenerated shoots and cultured for propagation,and a 50-fold proliferation rate of stems was achieved within 25 days.
