高职院校办公室管理工作现状及对策浅析

摘    要:随着高职院校的进一步发展,很多高职院校由原本的学校一级管理,向校院二级管理转变而在转变过程中,随之而来的是由于行政管理人员人数的严重不足、而导致的一系列问题,如行政管理人员工作量骤然增大、薪资待遇无法跟进、人员流动性增大、学生服务质量下滑等。本文谨以福建省某些高职院校系办公室工作为研究对象,浅析高职院校办公室管理工作的现状以及改善对策。

Abstract:In higher vocational colleges along with the further development of higher vocational colleges,many of the original school level by management to colleges,level 2 management changes.And in the process of transformation,and with it the administrative personnel because of the number of severity shortage,and lead to a series of problems,such as administrative management workload increase compensation package,suddenly can't follow up,liquidity increases,student services personnel quality is going.This paper and some higher vocational colleges in Fujian province as the research object of office work in higher vocational colleges,the author of the present situation of office management and to improve the countermeasures.
