《果蔬贮运学》实验课教学改革的实践

摘    要:在分析《果蔬贮运学》现行实验课教学存在问题的基础上,提出了如下改进措施:1.密切与生产实际相结合,不断完善改进实验内容;2.学生参与实验内容的安排设计,激发其主动学习的热情;3.同一参数连续多次测定,加深对果蔬采后生理、病理及环境条件变化的全面理解;4.独立完成全部实验内容,强化学生的动手能力;5.按研究论文格式撰写实验报告,培养学生的科研文章写作能力;6.实验内容与教师的科研课题紧密结合,以弥补实验经费的不足;7.实验成绩与期终总成绩挂钩,对学生的能力进行综合评定。

Abstract:On the base of analysing the causes of problems in teaching methods of laboratory training on “Postharvest Biotechnology of Fruits and Vegetables ”in existance,the practical and effective measures were adopted in teaching during 3 years (1992 1995) as follows :1)Renewing the content of laboratory training to combine closely theory with practice ;2) Participating in arrangement of the content to bring into play the enthusiasm of the students ;3)Continuous measuring the same parameter to enhance understanding of the students in the change of Physiology ,pathology and environment conditions ;4)Completing the task of laboratory training on one's own to strengthen students' operative skills ;5)Preparing reports on the thesis form to train students'Writing skills ;6)Integrating the content of laboratory training with the research project of teachers to make up for cost shortage;7) Results of laboratory training had a great proportion in the course score to estimate comprehensively students' abilities
