摘    要:为了研究红三叶新品系(R)的生产性能和营养价值,以岷山红三叶(CK1)和甘红1号红三叶(CK2)为对照,分别测定了3个参试材料初花期的分枝数、株高、鲜草产量、干草产量和粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)和粗脂肪(EE)含量。结果表明:不同红三叶材料中,R的分枝数(1 409万个/hm2)、鲜草产量(34.02t/hm2)和干草产量(6.98t/hm2)最高、鲜干比(4.94)最大,CK2的株高最高(83.22cm),分枝数(1 096万个/hm2)、干草产量(4.02t/hm2)和鲜草产量(22.06t/hm2)次之。供试红三叶材料第1次刈割的平均鲜(干)草产量和分枝数显著高于第2次刈割。红三叶材料的EE和N(A)DF含量存在显著差异(P0.05),R的CP(27.39%)含量最高,CK2的EE(2.82%)含量最高,CK1的NDF(43.07%)和ADF(34.03%)含量最低;红三叶材料第1次刈割的CP含量为(28.53%)显著高于第2次刈割(24.65%),而EE、NDF和ADF含量则显著低于第2次。采用灰色关联度模型综合评价3个红三叶材料,结果表明:R的综合性状较好,有待于进行进一步的区域试验和生产试验。

Abstract:The productivity and nutrition of new red clover line (R) were studied by measuring the number of branches,plant height,fresh weight,hay yield,and nutritive values including the contents of neutral detergent fiber (NDF),acid detergent fiber (ADF),ether extract (EE),and crude protein (CP) with Minshan red clover (Trifolium pretense cv.Minshan) and Ganhong No.1 red clover as controls (CK1 and CK2) at the flowering stage.Results showed that R had the highest number of branch (14.09 million/ha),fresh weight (34.02 t/ha),hay yield (6.98 t/ha) and fresh dry ratio (4.94);CK2 had the highest plant height (83.22 cm),but the number of branches (10.96 million/ha),fresh weight (11.03 t/ha) and hay yield (4.02 t/ha) were lower than that of R.For three materials,the average fresh weight,hay yield and the number of branches at the first cutting were significantly higher than that of the second cutting (P<0.05).Significant differences (P<0.05) were obtained in the contents of EE and N (A)DF.The highest CP content (27.39 %) was found in R and EE content (2.82%) in CK2.CK1 had the lowest NDF (43.07 %) and ADF (34.03 %) contents.For three materials,the average CP content (28.53%) of the first cutting was significantly higher than that of the second cut (P< 0.05),however,contents of EE,NDF and ADF was significantly low.The gray relational degree model was used to evaluate the three red clover materials.The results showed that,red clover line (R) had the highest productivity and best nutrition.
