摘    要:目的]明确不同氮素籽粒生产效率油菜品种的干物质生产及产量构成因素差异。方法]以甘蓝型油菜品种为材料,成熟期测定各器官干物重、氮素含量以及产量构成,采用组内最小平方和动态聚类方法对供试品种氮素籽粒生产效率(NUEg)进行聚类,研究不同NUEg类型品种干物质积累分配特性和产量构成差异。结果]供试品种间NUEg差异很大,类型间差异显著。随着NUEg增加,类型间籽粒产量增加,籽粒干重比例增加,角果数增加,茎枝干重比例下降。进一步分析显示NUEg与籽粒干重(r2007=0.6840**,r2008=0.7374**)、籽粒干重比例(r2007=0.5703**,r2008=0.5354**)呈极显著正相关。结论]生产上提高NUEg,可以通过高产,高角果数品种的筛选,采取合理的栽培措施促进茎枝光合产物向外输送,增加籽粒干重比例。
