| 摘 要： | 本研究在副鸡嗜血杆菌Ａ、Ｃ型特异性单克隆抗体的基础上成功地建立了能区分Ａ、Ｃ血清型抗体的阻断ＥＬＩＳ诊断方法，并应用此法对９种常见病原体阳性血清及多份免疫鸡。

| Abstract: | A serovar specific blocking enzyme linked Immunosorbent assay(B ELISA) based on two monoclonal antibodies was developed in this study to detect antibodies to serovar A or C of Haemophilus paragallinarum ,positive serums to 9 usual pathogens and many serum samples derived from vaccinated and artificially infected chickens,immunized and sick clinical chickens were tested by it.The results showed that this B ELISA,which with good specificity,sensitivity and simplicity,would be a useful assay for diagnosis,monitoring and epidemiologic analysis of infectious coryza. |
